DELIVERIES

You receive FREE next-day delivery to your office or home-office for technology and supplies orders serviced by our delivery trucks in Greater Sudbury.  Deliveries outside of Greater Sudbury and to some mine sites in Greater Sudbury may have extended dellvery times.  Some furniture items require additional delivery time if they are not in stock and may incur additional charges due to weight and installation requirements.  We do NOT ship orders to the USA.

RETURNS & CREDITS

A full credit or refund will be issued on any regular stock item returned within 30 days provided it is in saleable condition and in its original packaging.  Printers and some other technology products must be returned within 15 days.  Please notify us immediately if a product is unsuitable, damaged, or fails to perform due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. 

Many of our suppliers have strict return policies so our ability to credit certain products is conditional on their acceptance.  Unfortunately, special orders for supplies and furniture cannot be returned or refunded because our suppliers will not take them back.  Some items like headsets are rendered unsaleable once opened.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments by EFT, Cash, Cheque, Interac, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
